EMOM stores workout history, exercises, interval and rep settings, goals, language and sound/display preferences locally on your device. The current app has no account, advertising, analytics or backend that sends these training data to us.

3. Storage and deletion

App data remain on the device until you delete them or clear the app’s storage. You can delete workout entries in the app. Device or operating-system backups are controlled by your device settings and the relevant platform provider.

4. Notifications and audio

EMOM uses local notifications for goal reminders and, on Android, the active workout notification. Workout audio and keeping the display awake support the timer. Notification permission is managed through your device settings. These functions do not send your training data to us.

5. External links

The app’s optional donation button opens PayPal. This website links to app stores. When you visit these external services, their providers process data under their own privacy policies. Payments are handled by PayPal.

6. This website

This website does not include advertising, analytics, a contact form or third-party fonts. Choosing a language changes the URL and is not saved in cookies or local storage. Our hosting service, OpenAI Sites, delivers the website and may process technical access data such as IP address and request information for delivery and security. The local-only statement above concerns app training data.

7. Your rights and contact

Where applicable, you may request access, correction, deletion, restriction or portability of personal data, object to processing, and complain to a data protection authority. We cannot access the training data stored on your device; manage those data locally. Contact the controller using the details above for privacy questions.

8. Changes

We update this notice when the app or website’s data practices change. The date above identifies this version.
